About The Position

This position is for a Teaching Assistant for the Fall 2026 semester in the course Digital Enterprise Systems and Strategies (ADM4377) at the Telfer School of Management. The role involves summarizing student participation logs, marking mid-term exams, projects, and final exams, and providing feedback to students. The total expected work hours are 55. The hiring process will be governed by the CUPE 2626 collective agreement. Requirements

Ability to apply grading rubrics and provide clear, structured feedback
Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workload efficiently
Minimum C.G.P.A. of 7.0
Minimum grade of A- in ADM 2372 or its equivalent
Specialization in MIS or Strategy and Organization
Solid knowledge of core management concepts (MIS, Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, HR)
Good English skills
Must be located in Ottawa for the entire duration of the course (with the exception of official University holidays), including through the grading of the final exam and calculation of final grades by the professor.
Access to a computer, internet, microphone and webcam.

Preference will be given to candidates who have previously been teaching assistants or markers for this course
Preference will be given to candidates enrolled in Telfer programs
PhD candidates specializing in MIS or Strategy and Organization may be waived the course requirement of ADM 2372
