About The Position

This position is for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor in the Department of Chemistry and Biomolecular Sciences for the PRINCIPLES OF CHEMISTRY (CHM1311) LAB 130H course during the 2026 Fall Semester. The role involves assisting students in and out of the laboratory, marking laboratory reports, and implementing safety guidelines. Requirements

• 1 full year of general chemistry
• 1 full year of organic chemistry
• CHM 2120/2123, or their equivalents
• Successful completion of WHIMIS and Occupational Health and Safety workshops
• All those who are not a Chemistry graduate student will be required to write a test to qualify (Unless already previously done).
