About The Position
This position is for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor for the PRINCIPLES OF CHEMISTRY (CHM1311) course during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves giving tutorials, answering student questions, and proctoring exams. The work is located at the Main Campus.
Requirements
- Candidate must have 1 full year of general chemistry
- 1 full year of organic chemistry
- CHM 2454
- CHM 2131/2132 or their equivalents
- Successful completion of WHIMIS and Occupational Health and Safety workshops
- All those who are not a Chemistry graduate student will be required to write a test to qualify (unless already done in previous semester).
