About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant (TA) position for the course LEADERSHIP SKILLS (EMP5235, Section A) during the Fall 2026 semester. The TA will be responsible for contact with students and grading, with a total of 32.5 work hours allocated. The hiring process will be governed by the current CUPE 2626 collective agreement. Requirements

• Have taken the course in the past and/or demonstrate at least a year of relevant work experience (co-op, internship, past employment).
• Students who have held a TA position in the past and meet the above condition will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Contact with Students: 15 hours
• Grading: 14 hours
• Proctoring mid-term and final exam (if necessary): 3 hours
