About The Position

Oak and Stone Tap Wall Guides provide genuine hospitality and help guests enjoy the draft craft beer experience. This sales-focused position involves greeting and engaging guests, helping them use the self-pour system and select beer, and supporting servers and bartenders with the tap wall. The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, passionate about craft beer, and skilled at multitasking while maintaining a welcoming attitude under pressure. Compensation includes an hourly pay rate and a sales-based incentive.

Responsibilities

Enthusiastically greet guests as they enter or approach the tap wall.
Visit with guests and assist with starting tap wall tabs immediately upon arrival when they are on a wait.
Visit with guests and assist with starting tap wall tabs immediately after they are seated at a table.
Assist guests with proper use of the self-pour system.
Assist guests in selecting a beer.
Help servers and bartenders explain the tap wall and its benefits, and start tap wall tabs for guests.
Change kegs and update the electronic systems displaying beer selections.
Clean and care for the tap wall, glassware, and beer cooler.
Fill growlers for to-go beer sales.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
