About The Position

The Talent Management Intern assists Allied Solutions’ Learning and Development Department with projects involving curriculum development, tracking, data capture and reporting, needs assessments, and program support. The internship provides hands-on experience across a broad range of responsibilities and is intended to help the intern explore professional interests and prepare for work in talent management, learning and development, or human resources. This is a 12-week, full-time internship running May 17 through August 6, 2027, at the company’s headquarters in Carmel, Indiana. Interns are expected to be available for the entire program and work 40 hours per week.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising junior or senior.
Pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to manage deadlines.
Ability to multitask.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize.
Must be available for the full 12-week program, May 17 through August 6, 2027.

Responsibilities

Assist with the design and development of learning materials and training curricula for leadership development programs, competency learning, and other projects.
Assist with the design and coordination of virtual and in-person training workshops and team sessions.
Research and analyze talent management trends, best practices, and benchmarks, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
Assess employee development needs and identify appropriate learning resources and processes, including capturing data and trends.
Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team as needed.
Support development of reports on talent and learning trends to inform future learning and talent offerings.
