In this role, you'll be the central point of coordination for candidate interviews, onboarding activities, travel arrangements, and recruiting operations. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, talent acquisition support, or a related field.
  • Experience scheduling high-volume interviews and coordinating multiple calendars.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience maintaining confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably BrassRing.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar HRIS/business systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule a high volume of virtual, phone, and onsite interviews.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless interview experience.
  • Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple calendars and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate candidate travel logistics and process related expense reimbursements.
  • Support new hire onboarding activities and HR administrative processes.
  • Prepare and distribute interview confirmations, candidate communications, onboarding materials, and evaluation forms.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within ATS and HR systems.
  • Utilize systems such as BrassRing, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite to support recruiting operations.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance recruiting efficiency.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
