About The Position

Path Construction is seeking a qualified Construction Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its organization in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The role supports recruiting across the organization, including sourcing and evaluating applicants, maintaining applicant-tracking records, conducting candidate screenings and interviews, coordinating follow-ups and recruiting events, and assisting with new-hire orientation. Construction recruiting experience or construction knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate online applications.
• Post new positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records.
