Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Reformation•Los Angeles, CA

About The Position

This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, with four days per week in office at our Vernon and Culver City locations as needed. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will own full-cycle recruiting for entry-level corporate roles across all departments, including Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Supply Chain. This includes intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through offer. The role also supports internal mobility by managing internal applicants and building a pipeline from our retail stores into corporate roles. The coordinator will own interview scheduling end to end, including complex multi-panel loops, calendar invites, and room bookings. They will serve as the first point of contact for candidates, sending timely updates and thoughtful declines, and keeping candidates engaged between rounds. Additionally, the role involves supporting hiring managers and interview panels with prep materials and candidate packets, and following up on Greenhouse scorecards to keep hiring moving. Building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships, coordinating candidate travel, recruiting events, and candidate gifting are also key responsibilities. The coordinator will post roles in a timely manner to access deep candidate pools, and monitor job listings for accuracy and responsiveness. Partnering with agency recruiters, including logging submissions in Greenhouse, tracking agreements, and routing invoices, is also part of the role. Managing offer letters and the handoff to onboarding, and serving as the Greenhouse ATS administrator (building jobs, interview plans, scorecards, email and offer templates, managing user permissions, and keeping data accurate) are crucial. The role also includes building and maintaining recruiting reports for the TA team and leadership, and handling additional talent acquisition related projects as assigned.
