About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator helps lead recruiting for all Zellis hiring, from corporate roles to on-site positions across its portfolio. Working with the VP of Human Resources, the coordinator owns the day-to-day recruiting process, including managing the ADP applicant tracking system, partnering with hiring managers, and moving candidates from initial contact through offer and background check. The coordinator serves as a first point of contact for candidates and a trusted partner to hiring managers. The role involves posting and refreshing openings, sourcing and screening applicants, scheduling interviews, clarifying role needs, preparing offer letters, coordinating background screening, and keeping candidates and hiring managers informed. Zellis hires at scale and staffing needs may change quickly, so the coordinator maintains organized requisitions, accurate data, and clear communication while seeking ways to improve sourcing, speed, process efficiency, and candidate experience. The position requires working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, applicant tracking systems, employment laws, and recruiting metrics. It also involves handling confidential information, maintaining applicant records, and supporting a professional, hospitality-grade candidate experience. The role is based in an office environment and may involve minimal driving for bank visits, auditor meetings, or occasional property visits.
