About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience in a manufacturing setting. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance. The position requires fostering strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications, providing guidance and support during the selection process, and collaborating with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Maintaining regular communication with candidates, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and upholding compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations are key aspects of this role. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will source candidates to meet requisition goals, promote diversity and inclusion, and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Source candidates, consistent with requisition goals and deliverables.
