About The Position

The Table Games Floor Supervisor provides superior service to internal and external customers and monitors and controls an area of a pit consisting of one or more games. The position ensures customer-service standards are delivered while maintaining game integrity. The supervisor supports Seminole Gaming’s culture and team philosophy, promotes a safe and professional work environment, and helps create an enjoyable and entertaining atmosphere for customers.

Requirements

Five years of table games experience.
Knowledge of all primary casino games and most secondary games.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English in connection with the position’s duties and responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

Two years in a Dual-Rated management-level capacity or above.

Responsibilities

Provide the highest possible level of customer service to promote guest enjoyment and return play.
Know and apply the policies and procedures for each table game being supervised.
Maintain a safe, professional, friendly, productive, and positive work environment.
Support Seminole Gaming’s culture and team philosophy throughout the property.
Serve as a role model for employees and encourage team members to represent Seminole Gaming positively.
Promote positive public relations and create an enjoyable atmosphere for customers.
Resolve customer-related problems amicably in a fast-paced environment.
Protect customers’ rewards and credit lines.
Comply with departmental and Company policies, business ethics guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain the confidentiality of Seminole Gaming trade secrets and proprietary information.
Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
