About The Position
The Table Games Floor Supervisor directly supervises table game operations and personnel to create an engaging gaming experience. The role includes reconciling table accounts, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional guest service.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Two years of relevant casino operations experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Ability to work a varied shift, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of relevant supervisory experience preferred.
- Two years of relevant dealer experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage dealer performance to ensure games are dealt proficiently and guests receive superior customer service.
- Monitor guest flow and notify management when adjustments to open table games are needed.
- Observe, evaluate, and rate players objectively and accurately according to departmental policy.
- Maintain appropriate bankroll levels for current or anticipated play.
- Reconcile table accounting accurately and with integrity, and maintain cards, dice, and gaming equipment.
- Verify documents for accuracy and ensure procedures are followed.
- Immediately notify the Pit Manager and/or Shift Manager of unusual high-limit play or suspected equipment damage or tampering.
