About The Position

The Table Games Dealer conducts live table games efficiently and professionally to provide guests with an enjoyable gaming experience. The role includes accurately paying winning bets, collecting losing bets, and protecting the security of the game. The dealer maintains thorough knowledge of game procedures and House Rules, and interacts with guests in a friendly and fun manner. The employee must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Gaming License.

• Accurately pay winning bets and collect losing bets.
• Ensure the security and protection of the game.

• Maintain a friendly and fun attitude to help guests enjoy their gaming experience.
