About The Position

Salesforce is hiring a Systems Engineer for a techno-functional role focused on security architecture and administration across Workday HCM and Workday Financials, supporting IT Finance and Employee Success. • Configure assigned platforms, assess design tradeoffs, and document configuration decisions.
  • Assess build-versus-buy feasibility, including technical complexity, integration impact, and effort, and provide recommendations to the Product Manager.
  • Lead UAT for assigned features by preparing test environments, guiding business SMEs, and coordinating defect triage and resolution.
  • Write and maintain integration-aware test cases and execute end-to-end regression testing across system boundaries.
