About The Position
This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. The analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting complex production issues, performing root cause analysis in distributed environments, and supporting high-availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. Additionally, the role involves understanding current and emerging infrastructure technologies, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and providing technical leadership and guidance to junior staff. Strong documentation skills are essential for creating architecture diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with designing and implementing solutions within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, including computer, storage, networking, and serverless platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis in distributed environments.
- Understanding of current and emerging infrastructure technologies and practices and how other organizations are employing them.
- Ability to identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting high-availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Strong documentation skills, including architecture diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and provide guidance to junior staff.
