About The Position

The Switchboard Operator is the first point of contact for telephone support for customers and contributes to the foundation of the Cornerstone Bank family. This is a full-time position with the full Cornerstone Bank employee benefit package. The operator relays incoming, outgoing, and internal calls and assists the Customer Service department with clerical responsibilities.

Requirements

• Equivalent to a high school education.
• Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to work both in a team atmosphere and independently.
• A pleasant voice and the ability to project a courteous, professional, and patient image over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Operate the switchboard console to relay incoming, outgoing, and internal phone calls.
• Assist the Customer Service department with various clerical responsibilities.
• Provide unmatched customer service and exhibit Cornerstone Bank’s core values.
