About The Position

Supports the hospital by operating the switchboard. Answers, screens, and transfers incoming and outgoing calls. Monitors alarms and code situations and activates notification systems when directed. The position requires willingness to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekend rotation.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Six months of experience as an operator or in customer service.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls efficiently and use digital pages as needed.
• Access patient information and use scripting for all interactions.
• Monitor alarms and code situations and activate notification systems when directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
