Swim Instructor (part-time)
About The Position
HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking a part-time Swim Instructor for its Aquatics Team in Downers Grove, Illinois. The role provides fun, safe, and confidence-building swim instruction to children and adults through private and small-group lessons. The instructor designs personalized programs based on each participant’s interests, abilities, and goals. The position is scheduled on Sundays from 1:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and offers an hourly compensation range of $19 to $20. The final wage offer depends on factors including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Must have Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute within 30 days.
- Must have a strong swim background.
- Must be proficient in all swim strokes.
