About The Position

The Surveillance Operator monitors designated areas and activities, observes irregular activity, and operates assigned surveillance equipment. The role uses CCTV and personal observations to help ensure that departments and applicable job functions comply with company policies and procedures. The operator must meet job attendance guidelines and follow regulatory, departmental, and company policies. A high school diploma or GED, excellent basic math skills, familiarity with camera equipment and recording methods, and the ability to obtain an Ohio Lottery Commission license are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent basic math skills.
• Familiarity with camera equipment and its methods of operation and recording.
• Ability to identify cheating methods and other irregular activities.
• Ability to pass periodic written and/or oral tests demonstrating knowledge of all facets of the Gaming Operation.
• Ability to work well with co-workers as part of a team.
• Well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to obtain an Ohio Lottery Commission license.
