About The Position

The Surveillance Officer maintains close surveillance of casino table activities from the catwalk or monitoring system and provides Family Style Service at all times. The officer uses technical equipment to identify, record, and document illegal or unusual activity in table games, slots, casino cashier windows, and cage areas; reports such activity to management and regulatory agencies; and handles sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality. The role may include other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Successfully complete 80 hours of on-the-job surveillance training.
• Keen observation and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Casino Control Act as it applies to gaming operations, as well as company and internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• CER License required.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced education in law enforcement or criminal justice preferred.
• Prior experience in security or surveillance preferred.

Responsibilities
