About The Position
The Public Area Attendant provides family-style service and cleans public areas, restrooms, and offices throughout the Hotel/Casino complex as needed. The attendant may also perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate with guests.
- Must perform the department’s customer service standards.
- Knowledge of the Casino Control Act regulations, company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- CER license required.
