Surgical Services Nursing Assistant, Full-Time
About The Position
Supports patient care processes across Surgical Services. Provides environmental services to assist with procedure room turnover and routine cleaning in restricted and semi-restricted areas. Transports patients and/or equipment to, from, and within Surgical Services. Assists with patient care needs as delegated by licensed staff, including lifting, positioning, and assisting with preps. Assists with case preparation processes and instrumentation and supply handling and restocking as directed. Performs other duties as assigned. Schedule: Days, three days a week, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM.
Requirements
- Applicable experience: less than 1 year.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Nursing student (various).
