Surgical Sales Consultant – Body Contouring
About The Position
AirSculpt is seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Sales Consultant to join its luxury medical practice. AirSculpt is a minimally invasive body-contouring treatment available exclusively at AirSculpt offices. It is designed to optimize comfort and precision, removing unwanted fat, tightening skin, and enabling fat transfer to enhance other areas. The company reports that more than 75,000 cases have been performed across more than 30 premium locations in the United States and Canada. The consultant uses consultative selling to understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate medical aesthetic services, while working with the medical team to coordinate the patient journey. The role is responsible for meeting monthly sales goals and patient satisfaction metrics, along with other tasks assigned by management. Weekend work may be required based on business needs.
Requirements
- Five years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Experience using a CRM tool.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work weekends as required by business needs.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required patient satisfaction metrics.
