About The Position

AirSculpt is seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Sales Consultant to join its luxury medical practice. The role focuses on consultative sales of medical aesthetic services, helping clients understand their needs and recommending suitable options. The consultant works with the medical team to coordinate communication throughout the patient journey and is responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals and patient-satisfaction metrics. AirSculpt offers a minimally invasive body-contouring treatment exclusively at its offices. The company reports that more than 75,000 procedures have been performed across more than 30 premium locations in the United States and Canada.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of consultative sales experience; experience in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Experience using a CRM tool.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work weekends as required by business needs.

Responsibilities
