About The Position

AirSculpt is seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Sales Consultant to join its luxury medical practice. The role focuses on consultative sales of medical aesthetic services, connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable services. The consultant works with the medical team to support clear communication and coordination throughout the patient journey, while meeting monthly sales goals and patient-satisfaction metrics. The position also includes other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Five years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Experience using a CRM tool.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work weekends as required by business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
