About The Position

Spectrum Vision Partners (SVP) and OCLI Vision are seeking a Surgical Coordinator to guide patients through every step of their surgical journey. The role involves scheduling surgeries, educating patients about procedures and pre-operative instructions, gathering patient and insurance information, coordinating medical clearances, performing IOL measurements and clinical testing, maintaining accurate electronic medical record documentation, collecting patient payments, and supporting physicians. The Surgical Coordinator contributes to an outstanding patient experience in a fast-paced clinical environment. The position requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Ophthalmology or ocular pharmacology knowledge is a plus but is not required.
