About The Position

This position is accountable for procuring supplies and equipment related to Motor Vehicle operations. Additionally, they support various procurement activities, oversee warehousing and supply distribution, and manage property functions across all Division of Motor Vehicle locations statewide. Requirements

  • Two years of experience performing tasks such as ordering, store keeping, purchasing, sales, accounting, shipping, greeting clients, assisting customers, answering phones, typing, filing, sorting mail, entering data, cashiering, or maintaining logs.
  • Must pass a background investigation including fingerprinting.
  • Must be prepared to provide three (3) professional references at the time of interview.
  • Must be prepared to provide ALASKA LICENSE AND VEHICLE INFORMATION NETWORK (ALVIN) information.
  • Copies of transcripts are required to verify educational credentials used to meet or support the minimum qualifications/competencies for a position and are required with each application.
