About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Supply Replenisher Associate II for a hospital-based position at Raritan Bay in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. The role supports implementation of lean supply management principles across the BU Laboratory network, including movement and replenishment of materials and supplies to laboratory points of use. The associate performs cycle counts and daily replenishment routines, interacting with laboratory staff and supply analysts to ensure material availability. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The listed pay range is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. Salary offers consider relevant skills, training, experience, education, applicable certifications, and market and organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.

Requirements

Two to three years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain work.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact well with all levels of staff.
Efficient planning and organizing skills.
Good math skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of inventory control systems is desired.
Proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, and Visio is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Execute standard business processes for managing material flow across facility types in the assigned region, including laboratories and other off-site locations.
Participate in internal work teams to continuously improve supply replenishment processes, focusing on reducing overall cost and cycle time.
Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure accurate on-hand inventories.
Maintain visual management tools such as Kanban and mistake-proofing initiatives such as labels with photos.
Perform daily replenishment routines and interact with laboratory staff and supply analysts to ensure material availability.
