About The Position

The Supply Replenisher Associate I supports the implementation of lean supply management principles across the business unit laboratory network. The role manages the movement and replenishment of materials and supplies to laboratory points of use, performs cycle counts and daily replenishment routines, and works with laboratory staff and supply analysts to ensure materials are available. The position is based in Royal Oak, Michigan, and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact well with all levels of staff.
Efficient planning and organizing skills.
Good math skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of inventory control systems.
Proficiency with software such as Excel, Word, and Visio.

Responsibilities

Execute standard business processes for managing material flow across assigned regional facility types, including Laboratories, RRL, PSC, and IOP.
Participate in internal work teams focused on continuously improving supply replenishment processes, including reducing overall cost and cycle time.
Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure on-hand inventory accuracy.
Maintain visual management tools such as Kanban and mistake-proofing initiatives such as labels with photos.
Perform daily replenishment routines and interact with laboratory staff and supply analysts to ensure material availability.
