About The Position

The Supply Replenisher Associate I supports lean supply management across the Business Unit laboratory network. The role manages the movement and replenishment of materials and supplies to laboratory points of use, performs cycle counts and daily replenishment routines, and works with laboratory staff and supply analysts to ensure material availability. The position also supports standard material-flow processes across assigned regional facilities and helps improve replenishment processes to reduce cost and cycle time. Regular physical inventory counts, visual management tools such as Kanban, and mistake-proofing initiatives such as labels with photos are part of the role.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, or supply chain.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact well with all levels of staff.
Efficient planning and organizing skills.
Good math skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of inventory control systems.
Proficiency with software such as Excel, Word, and Visio.

Responsibilities

Support implementation of lean supply management principles within the Business Unit laboratory network.
Move and replenish materials and supplies to laboratory points of use.
Perform cycle counts and daily replenishment routines, coordinating with laboratory staff and supply analysts to ensure material availability.
Execute standard business processes for managing material flow across assigned regional facilities, including Laboratories, RRL, PSC, and IOP locations.
Participate in internal work teams to improve supply replenishment processes, focusing on reducing overall cost and cycle time.
Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure on-hand inventory accuracy.
Maintain visual management tools, such as Kanban, and mistake-proofing initiatives, such as labels with photos.
