About The Position

The Supply Replenisher Associate I supports the implementation of lean supply management principles within the business unit laboratory network. The role moves and replenishes materials and supplies at laboratory points of use, performs cycle counts and daily replenishment routines, and works with laboratory staff and supply analysts to help ensure materials are available. The position is based in Miramar, Florida, and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The listed pay range starts at $17.71 per hour; offers depend on factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and applicable certifications, as well as market and organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact well with all levels of staff.
Efficient planning and organizing skills.
Good math skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of inventory control systems.
Proficiency with software such as Excel, Word, and Visio.

Responsibilities

Execute standard business processes for managing material flow for all facility types in the assigned region, including laboratories, RRL, PSC, and IOP.
Participate in internal work teams focused on continuously improving supply replenishment processes, including reducing overall cost and cycle time.
Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of on-hand inventories.
Maintain visual management tools such as Kanban and mistake-proofing initiatives such as labels with photos.
Perform daily replenishment routines and interact with laboratory staff and supply analysts to help assure material availability.
