About The Position

The Part-Time Supervisor supports the management team in creating a positive customer experience, achieving business results, and maintaining store operations and visual standards. The role helps develop and engage managers, associates, and customers, and promotes a positive, professional work environment. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager and performs supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage customers and build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Model the desired customer experience for team members.
• Support consistent store merchandising and operational standards.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive it forward.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to create a good work environment.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and carry out supervisor functions in the Store Manager’s absence.
