About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team in creating the best customer experience and delivering desired results. You will help execute store operations, maintain a visually appealing store, and create a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

The role includes supporting sales and business growth, demonstrating product knowledge and selling and operational skills, building customer relationships and brand loyalty, maintaining merchandising and operational standards, and performing POS transactions on designated shifts. In the Store Manager’s absence, the supervisor executes supervisor functions. The position may require occasional travel to other store locations.

The role requires bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. The company states that it is committed to providing reasonable accommodation for qualified employees with disabilities as required by the ADA.
