About The Position
As a Barista at Starbucks, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee helps spark connection. You engage with customers, help meet their needs, and create meaningful moments through friendly service. The role involves preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customizing orders, handling cash, maintaining store safety and security, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required; the position offers developmental experiences and access to Starbucks partner benefits.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customer customization requests.
- Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
