About The Position
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you promote the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing your love of fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience. You engage customers, help them express their individual style, and contribute to a positive store environment. The role includes sales, customer service, product guidance, and day-to-day store tasks. The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. You may need to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds. - Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
- Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
- Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
- Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles.
- Use product knowledge to help customers meet their needs.
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
- Complete assigned tasks, including floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
- Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
