About The Position

Squishable is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent its brand in the Boise Towne Square store during the holiday season. The associate will learn Squishable’s products and use that knowledge and strong communication skills to provide a high level of customer service and create lasting relationships with customers.

The role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027. Seasonal associates must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience; pop-up, promotional, or boutique experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support the team with opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
