About The Position

Squishable is hiring a seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent its brand and products in the Boise Towne Square store during the holiday season. Associates learn the products and provide a high level of customer service, helping create an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience. The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027.

Requirements

• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process incoming holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
