Supervisor - Boise Towne Square
About The Position
As a Part-Time Supervisor at Boise Towne Square, you will support the management team in creating an excellent customer experience and achieving business results. You will help execute store operations, maintain a visually appealing store, and foster a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The role reports to the Store Manager. Supervisors perform POS transactions on designated shifts and carry out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent. The position may require occasional travel to other store locations, if needed. The listed pay range is USD $10.75 to $14.75 per hour. Eligible associates may receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, term life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. All associates are eligible for a discount on Catalyst Brands merchandise. Store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday receive additional compensation.

- Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
