Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Boise Towne Square
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help deliver a smooth customer experience. Tasks include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor efficient. The role also involves greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. Colleagues help maintain a shoppable store by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They organize the stockroom, complete orders, contribute to sales goals, and collaborate to improve customer satisfaction and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver orders curbside.
- Monitor alerts and complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help customers complete their shopping experience.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day to prepare for the next day.
- Work collaboratively to meet sales goals and contribute to store results.
