Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, University Square
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise, pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, deliver orders curbside, and monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time. You help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently while greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. The role also includes supporting a shoppable sales floor by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and assisting with merchandise moves. Colleagues share Loyalty program benefits, complete orders, organize the stockroom, and help prepare the team for the next day. Service, teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence are central to the position. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve customer orders from back-of-house storage.

- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including greeting shoppers and resolving issues.
