Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Coral Square
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor operating efficiently. The position also involves greeting customers, listening and resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care. Colleagues help maintain a shoppable store by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They also share loyalty program benefits, complete orders, organize the stockroom, and support teammates in achieving sales and store goals. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain the stockroom.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage and deliver orders curbside.
- Monitor alerts and complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders on time.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy and keep the stockroom and sales floor operating efficiently.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service during in-store and curbside interactions.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help customers complete their purchases.
- Complete orders, organize the stockroom, and prepare the team for the next day.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to sales goals and store results.
