About The Position

Squishable is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Lead for its Boise Towne Square store. The Retail Sales Lead is a key member of the store leadership team, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, developing team members, and creating an exceptional experience for Squishable customers during the busy holiday season. The role leads the sales floor during peak periods, promotes products and seasonal offers, and helps keep the store welcoming, organized, and well stocked. Seasonal duration is November 2026 through early January 2027.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to stay positive and flexible during busy periods.
• Team player who can motivate others, take initiative, and help wherever needed.
• Comfortable receiving and providing feedback and helping keep the team focused on shared goals.
• Passion for people and creating a fun, welcoming customer experience.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of retail, customer service, or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering a fun, welcoming, and efficient customer experience during the busy holiday season.
• Help lead the sales floor during peak periods, keeping the team focused on customer service and sales goals.
• Drive holiday sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and strong knowledge of Squishable products.
• Support seasonal promotions, merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining an organized, well-stocked sales floor.
• Help manage customer flow and resolve concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Provide day-to-day direction and support to team members, and assist wherever needed during busy periods.
• Support opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities as assigned.
