About The Position

Responsibilities
- Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the company’s selling strategy.
- Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
- Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
- Understand customers’ personal style and offer fashion advice accordingly.
- Use product knowledge to help customers meet their needs.
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
- Complete assigned duties such as floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
- Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and colleagues.
