About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout holiday shopping experiences. You learn what each customer needs, make personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through product knowledge and friendly engagement on the sales floor or in fitting rooms, you build trust, work toward sales goals, and encourage customer loyalty. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and making sure the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they build customer relationships through warm, personal conversations; maintain a shoppable space by merchandising merchandise, processing damages and vendor returns, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves; and share Loyalty program benefits while providing a courteous close to each interaction. The role also involves supporting teammates and continually learning to improve individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
