Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Tyrone
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise, pick and pack orders, retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver them curbside. You monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time, and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves customer interaction: greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care. You contribute through attention to detail, teamwork, and operational excellence, while supporting sales goals and creating positive customer experiences. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, organize, and process merchandise; maintain an organized stockroom.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders, including curbside delivery.
- Monitor alerts and ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank customers sincerely.
- Support teammates through honest, caring, and collaborative work.
- Work toward sales goals, improve daily, and help achieve individual and store results.
- Prepare the store for the day and organize the stockroom at the end of the day.
