About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor at Orland Square, you will support the management team in creating a positive customer experience and delivering desired results. You will share responsibility for assigned store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. The role involves fostering a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers and build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Model the customer experience for team members.
• Support consistent store merchandising and operational standards.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive it forward.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to help create a great work environment.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the Store Manager’s absence.
