Requirements

Responsibilities

Open and close assigned retail location(s).
Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
Maintain backstock in a neat, clean, and organized manner.
Delegate responsibilities to retail associates during scheduled shifts.
Supervise, train, and guide staff toward maximum performance.
Address customer complaints to maintain the store’s reputation.
Inspect store areas and resolve issues that arise.
Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
Ensure the store follows safety guidelines, including securely opening and closing the retail location according to standard procedure.
Complete opening and closing store checklists.
Contribute to a positive work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
