About The Position

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The Key Holder leads by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and meet sales and customer service targets. The role also involves essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and, on a rota basis, opening and closing the store. Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Responsibilities
