About The Position

As a part-time Stylist, you ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience whenever they shop in the store. You make sure all customers are seen and connected with, following the store mantra, “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!” You bring warmth, positive energy, and fashion knowledge to the sales floor while helping deliver a personal styling experience. You also support the leadership team with daily business operations, inventory management, merchandising and visual standards, and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Act according to the company’s core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, showing warmth and positive energy while demonstrating a passion for fashion and trends.
• Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• Team Style with leaders and peers to provide a strong HEART Styling experience for all customers.
• Support the leadership team in daily operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
• Contribute to store sales generation and goals.
